Newport Covenant Christian Preschool

BACKGROUND

Newport Covenant Christian Preschool is a high quality preschool program for pre-3’s through pre-Kindergarten students. I worked with their director, Tracie Kim, from concept to completion.

BUSINESS GOAL

Create an appealing logo to represent the preschool and expand it into a brand for use across print and digital products. After branding, redesign a website with mobile viewing capabilities to connect with existing and potential families. The website needs to house details about the school’s curriculum, teachers, tuition, and calendar of events.

OUTCOMES

Designed the new preschool logo, built a brand guide to maintain brand consistency across all mediums, and redesigned a mobile friendly website to provide an optimized UI/UX online presence.

Island Orthopaedics

BACKGROUND

Island Orthopaedics is a growing orthopaedic practice in Hawaii with fellowship trained, board certified surgeons. They cover all the major hospitals for the Hawaiian islands and continue to provide the best quality service and care to each of their patients.

BUSINESS GOAL

Island Orthopaedics had an outdated website in need of a redesign to reflect their ability to adapt and provide the top level of care they’re known for. A desire to update the logo to modernize its style was requested, along with a fresh take for their print collateral.

OUTCOMES

A new website and print collateral was created with a new brand guideline. The brand guideline helps the organize stay on brand for any future print projects they might need.

Healthy Mothers Health Babies - Coalition of Hawaii

BACKGROUND

Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies (HMHB) - Coalition of Hawaii has worked to improve equitable access to maternal and child health for thousands of women, children, and families in Hawaii. They are a national organization with coalitions in each state.

BUSINESS GOAL

To build a brand and identity in Hawaii to resonate with the Hawaiian culture and audience. Needs for the company include department logos, business cards, brochures, mailers, interior design, social media management, and van wraps.

OUTCOMES

HMHB in Hawaii started as a small 3-person organization in Honolulu into a multi-island network with our help in their marketing and design needs. The van wraps and consistency across their designs provided brand recognition to boost engagement and partnerships.

Ezra's First Birthday

BACKGROUND

Custom themed “The Little Prince” designs for a traditional Korean first birthday. Print designs include raffle tickets, posters, labels, and programs.

BUSINESS GOAL

Design a cohesive theme around “The Little Prince” and use blue, yellow, and green as the primary colors. Animated with photos of the birthday boy to personalize the design for the family.

OUTCOMES

Party decor was all tied together with the design to create a memorable birthday celebration for all the friends and family at attendance.

Sedation Dental Center of Hawaii

BACKGROUND

Sedation Dental Center of Hawaii started in the Spring of 2024 with Dr. Patel and Dr. Campbell to provide a network of medical professionals focused on sleep dentistry. Newly formed, the need for a brand and online presence was presented.

BUSINESS GOAL

A straight forward logo to highlight the three main facets of the business: dentistry, medical sedation, and located in Hawaii. Once a brand is established, build a responsive landing page to provide traffic to the partners’ websites.

OUTCOMES

An iconic, clean and professional logo to represent the business and a beautiful website highlighting the business and the partners.

AAUW Honolulu

BACKGROUND

AAUW Honolulu is a nonprofit organization, based in Oahu, promoting ideals of higher education and pay equity for women college graduates. Their programs range from career and leadership development grants, scholarships and mentorship to social engagements and community partnerships to broaden the social impact for women within the Hawaiian commuity.

BUSINESS GOAL

Initiated by Younghee Overly, former Director of Communications for AAUW Honolulu, we partnered to rebrand the AAUW website to provide an online application process for their scholarship and grant applicants, build a conversation on social media, and provide consistency in their print projects.

OUTCOMES

Within the first year of providing marketing and communications consultation, the website began attracting users from multiple outlets and increased their applicant pool from 20 to over 300 for their first online scholarship application. Many organizations began working with AAUW Honolulu to show their support and continue to provide mentorship to the awardees of AAUW Honolulu.

Ketamine Therapy Hawaii

BACKGROUND

Ketamine Therapy Hawaii (KTH) provides the best-in-class administration of ketamine infusion services in the State of Hawaii. First in this industry to enter Hawaii, KTH needed a website and SEO optimization to reach their market in Oahu.

BUSINESS GOAL

Design a website with mobile viewing capabilities to educate their audience about ketamine treatments and the high quality services available at Ketamine Therapy Hawaii. Once the website is established, use search engine optimization to be visible on Google within the first page.

OUTCOMES

Ketamine Therapy Hawaii’s website is trending within Oahu with regular website traffic on a weekly basis.
